After Welding;
The area between the welds has become so hot that the material has lost it's temper to T-4 or lower. This means your Product Approval will probably be voided.

Re-Tempering 6063 Aluminum
All "Curve Track" hurricane components are Re-Tempered to T-6 after welding. The weld itself can not be tempered because of the dissimilar aluminum filler rod (astm 4043) that has been added to that specific area.
